Ever since new management started, the place has really gone down hill! The bathrooms are a mess, the sinks are broken/soap dispensers empty. Service literally took over 10 minutes for just our drinks and 20 minutes to get food placed! Our waitress still tried to be friendly, but with slow service, it just doesn't change everything and make it all better...

A clean and relatively newer IHOP sees a lot of guests bound in or out from Frederik Meijer Gardens. I know, I was one of them, coming with friends for lunch after a full morning hoofing it around the paths and sculpture-laden walks of that lovely slice of parkland. We ended up seated in a booth by a window and our server was good about refilling our water, my tea, and their coffees. She was sunny and professional, not badgering us with a list of specials, and taking our orders promptly. I settled on my usual IHOP option, one of their light garden omelettes with a side of salsa. Then we settled in to wait for our food. IHOP's menu doesn't change much for the breakfast options except to put calorie counts down in some key places, a help to avoid an expanding waistlines and uncomfortable fullness afterwards. They jazz things up with a photo, but you really can't go wrong with an omelette, pancakes or waffles. I advise avoiding the crepes since very few IHOPs do them well. Our food showed up in average time and we tucked in. It was pretty lukewarm on the whole. The vegetables in the omelette were unfortunately quite soggy and a little burnt. Nothing a helping of salsa won't cover up. Still, it was lackluster food that mostly only served to quench the hunger in my belly and was about as serviceable as anything I could find at home in a rush. I suppose you don't come to an IHOP expecting miracles, but I would like a bit more than goopy egg and smushed green peppers.

Love coming here after seeing a movie over at Celebration!. Never had bad service and food has always been delicious!

Took dad here for Father's Day breakfast and was not disappointed. Even though the place was packed, we only had to wait 15 minutes and the service was quick. I ordered the Garden Omelet (minus mushrooms *YUCK!) which looked like it took a dozen chickens to lay enough eggs for it. The omelet came with a short stack (3) of the fluffiest, tasty buttermilk pancakes ever. Only IHOP can make pancakes this way! Washed it all down with OJ served with pulp...only way to enjoy OJ. Definitely an enjoyable Father's Day breakfast.

Terrible service and management. Not busy and food took forever to arrive. Waitstaff along with manager sitting at booth/table far side not caring for customers. Will not return and advising friends/family to avoid this one.

Wow where do I start? We have been here before and it was fine, today, yuk. We had Alyssa D who had this big tongue piercing in her mouth, not just a little ball, but a washer or something like it. It was gross. Food , another story for which I am writing the review, which I am sure the manager of this IHOP will not read. Too bad. I ordered the double blueberry pancakes, well only one and I repeat one pancake had a few blueberries in it, all the topping blueberries were falling off to the side of the plate and the whip cream, well some of it was on the plate. I spoke with the waitress about the pancakes and the manager did take off $2 but you shouldn't have to have this kind of service and quality of food at IHOP. I will fill out their survey on the receipt

Seriously not-so good. While you can order lunch/dinner foods, breakfast is probably your best bet on the menu. I had eggs (over-easy), bacon, and toast. Along with some OJ and coffee. I was not impressed. It was almost as if my food was sitting under a heat lamp, waiting for me to order. Beverages were good though. Service was also good. However, after my meal, I regretted eating and would rather have starved. There are a lot of restaurants that offer a good breakfast, unfortunately IHOP is not one of them. Check out Real Food Cafe or Russ' instead.

Unlimited pancakes? 4 kids who love pancakes/ihop/all things breakfast? Oh yeah. Brought the kids to see a movie at celebration next door & surprised them with unlimited pancakes after the movie! I was the only adult and I ate the least amount of pancakes. I am pretty sure my niece was in a carb coma after she had 8....my nephew ate 8 and said he wasn't full. We gave it our best shot & I took my eggs & hash browns home so I have breakfast tomorrow all set! Left there around 4pm & I didn't eat the rest of the day!!! Server was super friendly and made sure we had all the pancakes we needed. Not a 5 star place or fancy by any means but the pancakes are yummy!

Ihop does OK with breakfast. A step up from Bob Evans and Dennys, in my opinion. They do have some creative specials from time to time, along with the usual egg and pancake dishes. This particular Ihop can be busy in the weekends while not too busy mornings during the week. The restaurant is generally clean and the staff friendly. There is a good sized parking lot right next to the store.
